Located just off Rifle Range Road in Mount Pleasant, Lakeshore neighborhood is very centrally located. Residents have easy access to the Isle of Palms, shopping at Seaside Farms or the Towne Center as well as many local restaurants. Lakeshore is a mid size neighborhood with larger homes, between 2,000-4,000 sqft built in the 1990’s to early 2000s. Most of the homes are brick and have a traditional feel. There is a central lake in the neighborhood and most homes are either oriented to back up to the lake or one of the canals. Unlike some neighborhoods there are a fair amount of single story homes or ones with master downstairs. There is a small community pool and clubhouse as well opportunities to fish, kayak and paddle board in the neighborhood lake. With no through traffic roads this neighborhood is feels slower paced and more quiet than some neighborhoods.
