Laurel Lakes is a quant neighborhood just off Rifle RangeRoad or Venning Road in Mount Pleasant. You are fairly close in within Mount Pleasant, so it’s a quick ride to downtown Charleston and you have access to lots of shopping and restaurant options. The neighborhood is also a short drive to either to the beach at Sullivan’s Island or Isle of Palms. Laurel Lakes is a small neighborhood made up of about 69 houses that were mostly built in the late 1990s to early 2000s. There are beautiful mature trees with Spanish moss throughout the neighborhood. Many of the homes have views of the neighborhood lake or marshland. If you're looking for a quiet tucked away neighborhood convenient to all the amenities Mount Pleasant has to offer Laurel Lakes is an excellent neighborhood to check out.
