Located conveniently off Mathis Ferry Road, Point Pleasant inMount Pleasant is a well established mid-size older family friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood was built in the 1970’s-1990’s and the homes reflect the unique style of that time. Point Pleasant does not feel like a cookie cutter neighborhood and features lots of greenery throughout. There are a mix of brick, wood and hardiplank finishes. One of the notable selling features of this neighborhood are all of the mature oak trees and landscaping. Some of the homes back up to Hobcaw creek and have private docks and beautiful views.Although there are no amenities within the neighborhood the Creekside swim andTennis club is a quick drive away.
