Located just off Mathis Ferry Road in Mount Pleasant, Summerset Point is a well established pretty neighborhood made up of older homes. Since the homes were mostly built in the 1970s to 2000s most of the homes sit on larger lots. Many of the homes are brick and have a colonial or traditional feel. There are also a fair amount of homes that sit along the creek so will have nice marsh views. The location of Summerset Point is fantastic as you can be downtown in 10 minutes and you’ll have plenty of shopping and restaurant options as well as easy access to nearby beaches. With beautiful trees and greenery throughout the neighborhood there is a laidback and cozy feel within the neighborhood.
